Job Title : Call Center Representative
Location : Bangalore, India
Salary : 12,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications :
- Minimum qualification : 12th pass.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
