Customer Service Role (0-1 yrs)
Roles :
1) Handle customer inquiries via phone call, giving prompt answers to customers' questions.
2) Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.
3) Adhere to SLA deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.
4) Collaborate with an internal team such as the product and payments team for faster resolutions.
5) Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there is a complex issue.

2) Good Communication skills are required.
3) Location: Vadodara
4) Day shift/6 days working/Work from the office (rotational shift)
5) Salary for experienced candidates: 12k-16k (according to the experience)
