Customer Service Representative - US Medical Immigration Process (0-2 yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team, specializing in the USA medical immigration process. This role involves assisting applicants who are navigating the complex medical requirements for immigration to USA . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international medical protocols, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people through challenging processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Assistance : Provide personalized support to clients throughout the medical immigration process, including understanding medical requirements, document preparation, and appointment scheduling through calls and emails

- Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Documentation Support : Guide clients through the collection and submission of medical documents, ensuring all paperwork meets the specific requirements of the immigration authorities.

- Process Coordination : Liaise with medical professionals, clinics, and hospitals to coordinate medical examinations, tests, and other necessary procedures.

- Compliance Monitoring : Stay updated on the latest international medical immigration regulations and ensure clients are informed of any changes that may impact their process.

- Issue Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the medical immigration process, escalating complex cases to higher management when necessary.

- Client Education : Provide clients with clear, concise information about the medical immigration process, including timelines, costs, and any potential challenges.

- Data Management : Maintain accurate and confidential client records in the company's database, ensuring all interactions and documentation are logged appropriately.

- Quality Assurance : Continuously review and improve customer service processes to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Experience : 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or immigration sector.

- Knowledge : Familiarity with international medical protocols and immigration processes is highly desirable.

Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Languages : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
