Customer Service Representative - International Voice Process - eCommerce (1-4 yrs)
Would love to announce that we are hiring for Customer Service Representative for leading E-Commerce company.

Qualification: HSC / Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skill.
- Candidates must express interest in joining Social Media Support Team, Experience in social media channels /supporting customers
- Experience in Call/Chat/Email customer engagement at Contact Centre preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the customer with the product details and additional information with regards to the service of the company.
- Guide the customers in placing the orders/tracking/returning the product through the website/app.
- Handling customer grievances and providing the resolution to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining the quality and productivity KPI of the company.
- Handling Supervisor Escalation and kept rigorous follow-up to resolve the concern at the earliest.
- Responding To the customer's queries/complaints over social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Amazon, Flipkart and WhatsApp.
- Maintaining a regular check of the company reviews on Google Play and IOS store and working on changing the new negatives reviews of the customers.
- Re-routing the customers to the relevant team and coordinating the same to the internal departments.
- Identifying fraudulent activity on the account.
- Creating Daily Refunds Reports and sending out SMS communication.
- Monitoring and handling the subordinate activities and training new employees.
