Customer Service Representative - International Process - BPO (1-10 yrs)
- Prioritize and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Requirements:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Good communication skills (written + oral)
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
Qualification:
- 10+2 / 10+3 / Graduate in any stream
