Our Client is hiring for Customer Service Representative
The Job
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Process orders.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- 5 working days with 2 rotational week off
- Minimum 06 months - 1 year of experience required
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
- UK shift
