We have an opportunity with Japanese MNC for a " Customer Service Engineer."
About the Company - The Company is a Japanese manufacturer of industrial sewing machines and domestic sewing machines.
Duties Responsibility :
- Install equipment and troubleshoot at clients' sites
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients
- Location handling - Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana
Requirements :
- More than 3+ years of working experience in working as a customer service engineer or related position handling mechanicals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- BE in Electrical Engineering
