Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
Should be comfortable to work in NIGHT shift.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Managing the call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules
- Managing Service Level and Answer Level
- Coordinates with IT team in case of downtime or any issue that have an impact on productivity
- Publishing hourly Service Level update & providing inputs to maintain Service Level for upcoming intervals
- Making Various Reports for tracking Operations & Agent Performance (Performance report)
- Monitor internal system influences on staff requirements and drive workforce changes that meet the business needs
- Generate ideas for process and service improvement planning
- Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly internal reports
- Use trends and reports for making reports
- Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned
Salary: 4 Lac
Shift Time: 7.30 PM - 4.30 AM
Week Off: Saturday - Sunday Off
