- 1 to 5 years experience into Share market, Equity derivatives, Mutual funds, client handling, email process, call process, solve customer queries.
- Addressing Queries through Calls, Emails and Online Chat.
- Handling escalation (RM help-desk).
- Solving queries through inter-department co-ordination.
- Call Monitoring and Sending Quality report and give Feedbacks.
- Giving Training to new Joines and Refresher training.
- Handling customers letters & Corporate actions through Team.
