Customer Service Officer - Chemical Manufacturing Firm (2-4 yrs)
- Responsible for capturing orders in to the system and arranging dispatches as per plan.
- Ensuring material is available as per customers requirement
- Coordination with Internal team as well as Service Providers for timely dispatch
- Ensure PO acknowledgement with delivery commitment is given within 3 days of receipt of order
- Alignment with Service partners & production team and arrange for dispatch
- Ensure shipment details are provided to customers on time
- Ensure shipping documents are reaching customers well before vessel arrival or as per protocol set
- Track consignment till it reaches designated point of delivery and inform customers in case of any abnormality
- Ensure no customer complaint related to response, documentation & logistics from customer
- Proactively engage with customers and understand their forecast/future needs
- Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems
- Coordinate and mange customer feedback/complaint
- Keep utmost confidentiality regarding every customer order.
- Coordinate amongst all stake holders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyse data to monitor performance and plan improvements opportunities
- Logistics, Customer service and documentation work in international exports in a chemical company / service provider
