Customer Service Officer - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Resolving Queries within TAT
- Ensuring smooth execution of transactions mutual funds, in-house PMS products etc.
- Retention of Clients
- Co-ordinating with Relationship Managers for Smooth Flow of their business
- Achieving Timely Completion of all business aspects
- Completing A/c Opening Documentation, Liaising with Ops & Banks for complete Process
- Co-ordinate with fund house for all aspects of investment transaction
- Monitor the maturity of investment schemes, advise the client on exit loads & ensure that the funds are redeployed on maturity
- Use our knowledge & help / guide clients with banking or investment needs other than Ambit related work, to help differentiate ourselves from other service providers
- Being a part of service & operations team to come up with new and innovative ideas for process improvement and implement these ideas to improve efficiency
