Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and requests through phone, email, chat or in person.
- Take responsibility for assigned clients. Proactively reach out to clients for follow-ups.
- Perform delivery of high quality service to clients and timely resolution of client queries
- Attend Trade shows and represent its product and services.
- Contribute in execution of a high quality client-centric service culture that delivers superior pre-sales support to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of customer service experience in banking / financial services industry.
- Be a self-starter and a Go getter.
- Good understanding of the sales process, sound technical knowledge of Banking Operations and Processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Work days & Timings: 6 days a week 8.00 am to 5.00 pm or 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
