As a Customer Service Manager in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and sales support to clients. Your role will involve managing a team of customer service representatives and overseeing the customer sales service department's operations to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
