As a Customer Service Manager in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and sales support to clients. Your role will involve managing a team of customer service representatives and overseeing the customer sales service department's operations to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure excellent customer support.

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide effective sales support and enhance the customer experience.

- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve service strategies.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).

- Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and organized.
