- Managing customer queries, requests and complaints received via calls, emails and letters (i.e. transactional, non-transactional, voice, non-voice and correspondence)
- Transaction based operational activities include loan foreclosures, part prepayments, cancellations, refunds, dispatch of NOCs post closures, etc
- Handling Grievance Redressal cases
- Publishing Daily Productivity and TAT reports
- Publishing Complaint Register to board and senior management
- Preparing Standard Operating Process (SOP) for process
- Bridge smoothing service aspects
- Analyzing Escalated cases and working towards improvement of processes
