Customer Service, Key Accounts
Location: St. John Road, Bangalore
CTC: up to 2.4L
Exp : Minimum 1+ year experience in Key Account Management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle key accounts in the assigned territory
- Continuous interaction with the Clients for increasing per-customer revenue and ensuring continuity and profitability of the account
- Realizing strategies for acquiring business from new clients and effectively using the potential of existing accounts.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by being proactive in resolving their queries
- Regular reporting of sales figures to seniors for proper analysis and corrective action.
Job skills :
Excellent communication, Powerpoint presentations, Excel Knowledge.
