Job Summary :
We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented professionals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to international customers via phone calls. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or account issues.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring quality and compliance in all interactions.
- Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Work in a team environment to achieve individual and team goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience : 0-3 years of experience in a customer support or voice process role (International experience preferred).
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus.
- Technical Skills : Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer Focus : Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Adaptability : Ability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail : High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
