Customer Service/Inbound Voice Role (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer complaints via Call.
- Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.
- Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
- Customer focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Requirements :
- Excellent command on spoken English with fluency.
