Looking for a person from Banking Voice Inbound process or BPO.
- Managing the overall Customer Service Operations.
- To manage a dedicated team of Phone Banking Officers in order to achieve the following objectives in areas of consistent customer experience in respect of complaint/query handling.
- To handle escalations and ensuring judicious utilization of financial & non-financial authority
- Min. 5 yrs of team handling Experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
