Customer Service Executive - Online Healthcare (1-3 yrs)
Position to be filled - 10
Department - Operation
Timing - Rotational (06 days working)
Education - Min Graduate
Remuneration - 15k-25k CTC PM
Responsibilities:
- Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of different internal tools, coordinating with Tech Support (this is one team with whom you'll be working the most), Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.
- Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients.
What we need in candidate is:
- Candidate should have min 01 years of experience in Customer Support field.
- Excellent communication skill (Hindi and English Mandatory)
- Candidate should have enthusiasm, should be energetic.
- The candidate is willing to work in rotational or night shifts.
- Freshers can also apply, if actually willing to work in such position and have all the above
