Position Offered - Customer Service Executive

Position based at Navi - Mumbai - Pawane Village

Its a 6 days a Week Company & Transportation is Available ( Bus Facility )

Job Profile:-

- Handling Customer Queries & Support

- Preparing Sales order against the orders received.

- Preparing & Sending Proforma invoices as per the payment terms of orders received.

- Keeping track of sales data/order received on monthly basis.

- Preparing payment advise and sending the tax invoices to customers.

- Keeping records of customers payment collections.

- Responsible for collecting C-form/H-form/I-Form/J-Form from customers.

- Sending dispatch advise to customers after dispatch.

- Responsible for Sending the Samples to Customers and keeping the track of the same.

- Responsible for preparing High seas Sales documents and co-coordinating with purchase team and customer related the shipments/documents

- Co-coordinating with Sales team related to sales orders to be executed
