Customer Service Executive/Customer Support Officer - Voice Process - BPO (0-4 yrs)
- Customer support to Airtel customers over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES).
- Excellent communication skills in English for Trichy) with an ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process
- Candidate should be excellent in English and ability to read and understand English.
- Candidates should be ready to work 6days/week with 1 Week Offs (rotational).
- Should be flexible to work in All shift.
- Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-35years of age).
- Undergraduates & Graduates, both are eligible.
- Knowledge of basics of computer MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) preferred.
