Job Description : Customer Support Inbound Service
Experience : 6 Month - 3 Year experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services.
- Customer Service in BPO/Insurance industry preferred
Location :
Guindy : HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE, 2nd floor, RR Tower II, Thiru vi ka Industrial Area, Guindy, Chennai 600032
Responsibilities :
- Should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up
- Excellent with communication skills
- Insurance background an added advantage.
- Should have inbound call calling experience
- Flexible to work in shifts
Requirements :
- At least 6 Month experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services mandatory
- Should be proficient & spontaneous in Hindi / English
- Graduate / Under Graduate
- Should be passionate for growth
- Should not be more than 30 years of age
- Should be vaccinated (Covid )
- Should be open to work from office
- Other Languages must
- Only Male candidates required
