Job Requirements:
- 0 - 4 years of experience with Excellent command over English (Comprehension and conversation)
- Graduate/Under graduate in any discipline & willing to work in rotational shifts
- The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for sales.
- Prior experience in International BPO voice process will be an added Advantage

2. Customer Service Expert
Job Requirements:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in International sales process with Excellent Command over English
- Graduate/Under graduate in any discipline & willing to work in rotational shifts
- SME for the process, Mentoring new team members.
- Act as technical referral point for all process related queries.
- Training new team members, existing team members in process and soft skills. This also includes refresher trainings.
Work Location - Trivandrum, Kerala
