Customer Service Associate - Pharma (0-2 yrs)
Job Description - Customer Service Associate
ROLE:
1. Interact with customers across all contact points - social media (facebook, instagram, twitter), website chat, whatsapp/facebook messenger, inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
2. Coordinate and follow up with team to ensure all product enquiries, customer complaints and other queries are addressed and resolved promptly
3. Understand and analyse consumer behaviour, buying patterns and other customer data and send regular reports to the team
4. Send fortnightly newsletters to customers about latest products, offers, announcements etc. and analyse performance of the same
5. Ensure complete customer satisfaction across all levels of communication
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in customer service. Freshers with great communication skills can also be considered for this role.
2. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
3. Skill Set:
a. MS Office (especially MS excel)
b. Good understanding of various social media channels (facebook, Instagram, twitter etc.)
c. Highly driven and energetic approach to executing assigned work
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must for this role.
