Customer Service Associate - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
1) Ensuring Customers have a delightful experience on the Finnable App:
a. Calling the customers and guiding them through the process to complete the loan when they need help
b. Analyze customer grievances on the app and suggest feedback on improvement to the management
c. Engage with customers on an on-going basis and educate on additional services available (like top up of the loan) as a part of Customer Relationship Management
d. Call to customer in case of EMI default and remind them on the payment due date
2) Guiding customers on improving credit worthiness:
a. Speak to customers whose loan has been rejected and guide them on how they can improve chance of getting a loan
b. Articulate the reason why loan has been rejected and ensure customer refers the App to friends and family
3) Operations Support and MIS Reporting:
a. Helping Credit Underwriting team with required documents and reports for underwriting process
b. Manage Customer Documents and Data for easy and quick reference by business team
c. Manage Customer Communications through mail/call for important updates like new features on the App, new offers etc
