Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pan Mumbai
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team . As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for products as needed.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Experience 25k To 40k In Hand .
