Customer Sales Service Manager - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Business plan that places a high priority on expansion and favourable client feedback
- Retain a positive working rapport with clients
- Apply financial strategies to increase revenue from sales
- Review sales data to make sure that company objectives are being fulfilled.
- Monitor all bills pertaining to the firm.
- Teach sales people and assist in enhancing their abilities
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth industry research to create sales solutions that work.
- Market the business's goods and services to potential customers.
- Continually give salespeople constructive feedback
- Check sales contracts for compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
- Interact with customers and address significant questions regarding the goods offered by the business.
Candidates Must Meet :
- Education : Any Graduate
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- A minimum of one year's experience in sales or BFSI
