Customer Sales Service Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Sales Service Manager to oversee and enhance our direct channel operations. This role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving sales performance within the direct sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of customer sales representatives to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular reviews.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1.5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
