- A leading Pvt. Ltd company since 1982 located in Indore dealer/distributor for Heavy Construction Equipment manufacturing companies is looking for Spare Parts CSR for an immediate appointment. Candidate should be Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate with Good communication skills, sales-oriented, proactive enthusiastic, and willing to travel With a focus on customer experience and technology, customer supports end-users in the process of choosing the right spare part amongst different options for any application.
- Customer Sales representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders for spare parts for construction equipment, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Customer Sales Representative Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer Sales representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Knowledge of Spare Parts sales of construction equipment will be preferred.
