Customer Sales Representative
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, facilitating sales, following up on work orders, and managing payment processes. This role demands good communication skills in both Hindi and English, skill in Excel, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles with company.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Interaction :
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing to potential customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with customers.
Sales Support :
- Assist customers with orders.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Keep accurate records of sales interactions and transactions.
Work Order Management :
- Coordinate with internal departments to process work orders and related work efficiently.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders and maintain communication regarding order status.
- Address any discrepancies or delays in work order processing proactively.
Payment Handling :
- Communicate with customers regarding payment terms, invoices, and billing inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of payments received.
Data Management :
- Utilize Excel to manage and analyse customer data, sales reports, and other relevant information.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management review.
Requirements :
- Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role with company.
- Fluent in both English & Hindi, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Skill in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
