Customer Sales Officer - Insurance (1-10 yrs)
- Position: - CSO (Customer Sales Officer)
- Channel: - SPARC - Service Points As a Revenue Channel - This is not Banca/Direct/Agency channel
- Payroll: - Direct Payroll of Life Insurance Co Ltd
- Salary: - 3.5 Lacs Per Annam + Incentives
- Incentives: - There is no capping on earning incentive.
Job Summary :
This position will be responsible for existing customer service, retention and sales to existing Max Life customers through relationship building. All leads of existing customers of will be provided.
Key Responsibilities: -
- (A) Cross Sell / Up Sell
- Work on every lead of existing customer of allocated from HO team.
- Lead given by company or branch manager ( 70 - 80 % lead ).
- Generate new lead by existing customer through by your self.
- Identify financial goals of existing customers and provide financial planning assistance
- Pitch products as per need of the customer (existing customer)
- Convert leads into new sale
- - (B) Customer Service/Retention Through Relationship Management (existing customers)
- Establishing and strengthening relationship with allocated customer base
- Collection of due premium from customers
- Make new client in ruler area and develop stronger relationship with clients
- Collection of additional document requirement related to reinstatement
- Generate interest of the customer to buy another product post providing proper service
Desired Qualification and Experience :
- Age should be between 24 years to 33 years
- Graduate in any field mandatory
- Must have a minimum of 1 years Sales experience in Life Insurance/ Banca / Agency / Direct / Mutual Funds /Assets Management
- Experience in managing customer relationship
- Knowledge of Insurance sales and related processes
