Customer Retention Role (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with players through outbound sales process (voice)
- Driving revenue through deposits from registered players
- Improve customer loyalty & stickiness of regular players
- Maintain positive, empathetic attitude toward players
Requirements:
- Should be go-getter and high on confidence
- Should have excellent communication skills in English
- Should have exposure in making outbound calls
- 5 days working .
- Prior working experience with BPO, International Banking, credit card etc. would be a plus
