- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Job roles and Responsibilities :
- Dealing With Elite Customer.
- Working According to Strategy, Vision & Mission Planning
- Making new calls, follow-up calls.
- Cross Selling along with the target selling.
- Interfacing with the customers to understand their exact requirements and then providing appropriate product.
- Establishing contacts, socializing with customers.
- Helping customer to resolve their problem.
- Making loyal customers to the company.
- Making market plan to increase the store sale
- Lead each client through their shopping experience, guiding them to products and services that are particularly suited for their needs and desires.
- Motivate the customers to visit your store often (generate appointments) and make purchases frequently by driving the relationship with their clients using mail, e-mail, telephone and face-to-face communications.
- Maintain the appointment levels, contribution to sales by suggestive selling and upselling using their expertise and in-depth knowledge of both the customer and the current offers.
- Lead each client through their shopping experience, guiding them to products and services that are particularly suited for their needs and desires and close the sale with billing.
- Educate the customer about our loyalty program, which is first citizen loyalty programs and encourage the customers to enroll in loyalty program.
