The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
- Lead Conversion: Utilize a range of smart tactics to convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings.
Vehicle Pricing : Offer competitive prices for various vehicles based on market research and company standards.
Negotiation : Engage with customers in price negotiations to ensure both client satisfaction and company profitability.
Automotive Knowledge : Leverage any existing automotive knowledge to better cater to customer inquiries and offer insightful information. While not mandatory, this knowledge will be a valuable asset to the role.
Customer Service Excellence : Uphold and maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, responsive, and aligned with the company's values.
Ideal Candidate :
- Previous experience in a customer relationship role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Spoken and fluent English accent.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and market trends is a plus.
- A reliable internet connection and appropriate remote working setup.
- Proficiency in using Office tools and software.
