Our Client is a Pan-India Integrated Business Process Consulting and Restructuring Organization that Provides a Host of Services in the Sales and Marketing Domain, to Businesses Across Industries and Geographies.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Direct Interaction with Customers, solving their problems from time to time
- Handling Walk-in Customer
- Resolving Service related queries
- Generating Postpaid Leads by converting Prepaid customer to postpaid
- Daily Sales Collection (Recharge, Postpaid Bill etc.,) and updating records
- Verification of Documents and Scrutinizing
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Sales (B2C) or Customer Success role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- Experience within Community Management would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
