KNAB Finance is a new age Fintech Company (NBFC) enabling growth capital for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through its credit platform. KNAB uses technologies to automate loan origination and underwriting by integrating with multiple identity and credit systems. KNAB has a credit model for different industry sectors that uses different proxies to assess the creditworthiness of a business. KNAB's technology detects high risk applications by leveraging connections with social media platforms and other big data sources. The data is leveraged to build predictive models around risk in an industry, sub-sector, geo-location and enterprise.

They- re the face, voice and protector of our KNAB Finance business, rallying our teams to build successful relationships. At the same time, they act as the sponsor who makes sure these relationships are sound, credit-qualified and meet our high standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 3 years of banking sales experience with sound track record (Business Loans, Personal Loans, Gold Loans, Auto Loans)
Solid relationship building and management skills and strong credit analytical skill
Good understanding of the behaviour of local customers and their banking needs
Aggressive, ambitious and keen to create and follow up on business opportunities
Good command of English in both oral and written communications

Challenge the status quo and use digital platform on risk assessment, measurement and control.
Actively calling on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owning, responding to and anticipating any future needs, challenges or risks
Ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest ethical standards by generously devoting time to staying up to date on all local and internal compliance, control and operational regulations and flagging off any AML/franchise related issues and keep abreast of all policies & processes
Being future-focused in thinking and planning ahead for ways KNAB Finance can differentiate itself from competitors
Deeply connected with influencers, industry associations, thought leaders and senior business contacts to expand their industry knowledge, fulfil financial needs and constantly provide inputs to support the team.
