Customer Relationship Manager - Sales - Textile (5-10 yrs)
Hiring Senior CRM Manager Global funded, cross-border manufacturing, and supply chain
enablement start-up in Fashion and Lifestyle helping smaller SME factories in SEA sell to the largest brands globally.
Location: Surat & Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 5 Years +
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their needs and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our services within existing key accounts.
- Enhancing supply chain financial efficiency, including vendor onboarding and management of raw material sourcing vendors to ensure a consistent supply of essential materials.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting potential growth areas.
- Acquire new clients through the formation of strategic partnerships.
- Evaluate purchase orders, manage invoice factoring, and provide trade finance expertise to support textile companies' financial needs.
- Ensure all financial transactions and agreements adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
What should you have?
- Proven work experience in the textile industry of more than 5 years.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (Qualified CA is a plus).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
