Customer Relationship Manager - Real Estate (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities Areas:
Managing customer walk-ins, emails & calls (Both Inbound & outbound).
Documentation, Generation of customer documents - Welcome Letter & Call, Allotment letter, Agreement & its registration.
Collection - Follow-up with customers, Banks to collect the payments within the due date.
Transfers - Managing the change of ownership before or after the registration.
Nomination - Name addition/ deletion / Substitution.
ERP Integration from manual (excel) to System (ERP - Sales Force).
Process implementation to ensure timely and system tracked execution of each of the above mentioned tasks.
Banking - Coordinating with bank for execution pertaining to of new loan / lien / TPT /PTM & lien removal NOC coordination for old cases.
Possession - Facilitating the end to end possession related activities, pertaining to release of final demand / offer of possession / snagging letters and coordinating with all stake holders for smooth possession.
Registration - Sale deed/ Conveyance deed, BBA .
Coordination - with all applicable departments for execution of customer related activities/ tasks.
