We have an Urgent Requirement for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) - Noida- 135

Job Description :

CRM would be responsible for all the services from getting the application form filled to getting the final document signed after the Sales deed.

- Responsible for all client documentation which includes Builder-Buyer Agreement, Allotment letter, Payment receipts, etc.

- Responsible for handling investors queries and concerns effectively.

- Proficient in managing client data confidentially which includes clients profile, contact details and updating their records from time to time.

- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.

- Make Sales presentation and prepare business proposal to the client based on their requirement.

- Should be able to nurture and develop good relations with existing as well as new clients by apprising them periodically of company's existing as well as new investment schemes.

- Ensuring timely execution of booking forms, agreements etc and office copy signed by both parties and filed properly

- Preparation of all the documentation work of customer files like

- Preparing demand letters, receipts, allotment letters

- Updating the clients regarding the status of consignments from time to time

- Ensuring the updation of all customers' details and records Tracking of customer dues including reminders etc.

- Getting regular payment from clients, also controlling and

- CRM

- Website data development.

- Lead Generation.

- Mini website support for PPC.

- Make Availability & Requirements.

- Centralized Data Management.

- Listing & posting On Portals.

- Handling Live chat & Lead generate.

- Sales force Data Management.

-Co-ordination with sales & IT Team.

- Documentation Pre & Post Sales. Builder co-ordination for all update.

- Quality Check Analysis.

Key Skills :

- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills.

- Good relationship management and networking skills.

- Hands on experience on MS Office tools.

- Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same.

- Developing liaison with new clients would be an added advantage.

- Having 1- 3 yrs of experience in Real Estate Company.

Salary : 20,000 to 35,000
