Job Description :
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressed thereof.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Handling Live Chats, Whatsapp Marketing, Email marketing, maintaining relationships (Answering Comments/ Chat) on Social Media.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
Customer Relationship Manager Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Experience in Banking/Loan/ finance Sector.
- Superior loan product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
