Customer Relationship Manager (5-13 yrs)
1. Create a strategic architect, a roadmap to build Business, its enhancement through a Customer centred approach, mind-set & methodology.
2. Strategize to ensure Data driven decision making and strategy formulation for business enhancement.
3. Ensure CRM system provides an effective sales funnel, contributing to mainstream sales towards organic and inorganic retails.
4. Develop and implement targeted, segmented Marketing techniques to drive customer acquisition
5. Translate CRM Program, value proposition to maximise customer experience by building emotional connect with Customers, delighting the Customer and to build brand affinity.
6. Horizontally deploy the CRM Program to maximise output to beyond Domestic Business, to Global Business.
