Customer Relationship Management Role (8-9 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to join our team in Hosur. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer relationship management strategies and practices, along with a proven track record of enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and effective utilization of CRM tools and technologies.
- Design and execute customer engagement campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and optimizing as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM processes and best practices.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in CRM management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
