Customer Relationship Management & Retention Specialist - D2C/eCommerce (1-2 yrs)

We are seeking a talented and data-driven CRM and Retention Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in managing customer relationships and driving retention marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in CRM tools, an analytical mindset, and a strong focus on improving customer journeys to enhance retention rates and repeat purchases.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push Notifications using CRM tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
1. Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle to develop strategies that increase repeat purchases and reduce churn.
2. Use data insights to refine campaigns, track performance metrics (e.g., RPR, AOV, LTV), and improve ROI.
3. Map and optimize customer journeys to create engaging experiences and enhance satisfaction.
4. Design and implement personalized and creative retention strategies that align with customer needs and brand objectives.
5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
Requirements :
1. 1-2 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or related roles, preferably in D2C/E-commerce.
2. Proficiency in CRM tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
4. Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
