Customer Relationship Management/Growth & Retention Marketing Role (3-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
CRM Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies using Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar platforms to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns across various channels including, push notifications, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on platform enhancements and best practices to leverage new features effectively.
- Conduct regular audits of platform configurations and workflows to maintain data integrity and efficiency.
Email Marketing and Automation:
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar platforms, leveraging segmentation and personalization features.
- Develop responsive HTML email templates and ensure compatibility across various devices and clients.
- Implement automated workflows for onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Extract and analyze customer data from Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar platforms to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for optimization and growth based on data analysis.
- Conduct & analyze A/B testing, and implement improvement.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting:
- Identify customer data & behavior patterns to segment customer base and identify target groups
- Develop strategies to engage each segment
Domain Health Check and Deliverability:
- Conduct regular domain health checks to ensure optimal email deliverability and inbox placement.
- Monitor sender reputation metrics and implement strategies to maintain high deliverability rates.
- Collaborate with IT and deliverability teams to troubleshoot and resolve any deliverability issues.
