Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Chasing defaulter by calling and sending E-mails.
- Resolving tenants and owner's query over the call or through E-mail
- Taking initiative to complete tenants and owner's repair works in the flat.
- Handling termination calls and E-mails.
- Closing the Tenants account by settling their account from the time they send the notice of termination.
- Convincing the Tenants on deductions done for the repair things in the flat at the time of vacation.
Education/Qualification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial awareness, for pricing and analyzing data.
Salary - 30%Hike on current salary(Open for the deserving Candidates).
