Customer Relationship Executive - Interior (0-2 yrs)
1. Customer Relationship Executive, will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer experience, customer acquisition & revenue growth objectives. You will play an individual contributor role, defining what the gold star in customer experience looks like in India. You will report into the Manager - Welcome Team.
2. The ideal candidate for this role will bring strong relationship management skills combined with solid problem solving skills and a target-oriented mindset.
3. We serve homeowners looking to get their home interiors done - almost always a big decision with several parameters to work with. You will be a true thought partner to every prospect and customer we interact with, ensuring that he / she leaves with a solution.
4. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls (phone/online) per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
5. This being a weekend business, this role requires that you work on weekends and your weekly OFF will be scheduled on weekdays on a rotational basis.
Requirements:
1. Proven inside sales/relationship management experience
2. Track record of over-achieving quota
3. Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
4. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
5. Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7. Strong listening and presentation skills
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
9. BA/BS degree or equivalent
10. Understanding of home interiors domain a bonus
