Customer Relationship Executive - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively anticipate and address customer needs, offering solutions and value-added services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Candidate requirements :
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
- Any graduate/post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age : 21 - 38 years
