Customer Relationship Associate - Customer Service - Energy Services (1-2 yrs)

Key Result Areas :
- Perform Installation, Service Calls and on time Preventive maintenance visits
- Schedule appointments for customer visits
- On time Recharge amount collection from customer
- Safe up keeping of tools and spare issued to him
- Keep sufficient energy recharge balance
- Make Post Installation and Service calls
- Regular update to ASI about activities
- Submit money, Installation and service acknowledgements, defective spares and other documents to concerned department
- Share feedback of product with ASI
- Active participation in branch meeting, refresher training and skill development program
Educational qualifications, Experience
Role Requirements :
10+2, min 2 years of experience in micro finance or relevant
- Personable, energetic and ambitious;
- Should compulsorily hail/a resident of the allocated territory/block
Compensation Structure (annually)
1.22 Fixed+36k variable+36k conveyance+6k mobile bill
Skills required :
- Proficient in Local language& English
- Preferred but not required: previous experience in rural operations with rural customers
