Customer Relation Officer/Conference Manager/Event Management (0-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1: AWARDS EXECUTIVE
- Preparation of promo material.
- Dispatch of promo material.
- Co-ordinating with candidates.
- Co-ordination with committee Members, etc.
2. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
- Co-ordination with domestic & overseas exhibitors for reservation of date, venue, catering for organizing private - conferences by exhibitors.
- Keeping track of payments, dispatch of receipts, follow up etc.
3. CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER
- Co-ordination with exhibitors i.e. emails/telephone.
- Attending to telephone inquiries.
- Follow up on payments (space rent etc)
- Dispatch of payment receipts to exhibitors.
- Dispatch of layout plans to Exhibitors
- Handling exhibitor kit activities.
- Circulation of exhibition catalogs to exhibitors.
- Attending to overseas agents / exhibitors requirements.
- Onsite collection of outstanding payment.
- Onsite payment.
- Collection reports for reconciliation with Accts.
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Salary would depend on candidature and interview performance
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The incumbent should be with minimum 1 yrs. of experience in relevant profile. Even fresher also can apply.
- Fluency in English - Ability to relate easily and well, and to ensure good communication on the telephone, by email and in person.
- Computer literate.
- Reliability and self-motivation, go-getter attitude, ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Willing to work late.
- Willing to relocate for 15 20 days during Exhibition (Around Feb. 2018).
- It is contractual assignment (on Company's payroll only) for 8-9 Months.
