Customer Relation Manager - Sales - REAL ESTATE (2-12 yrs)
- Excellent knowledge about booking form (including terms and conditions)
- Relationship Building: Meeting and greeting customers to resolve queries and ensuring building of a long term relationship with them.
- Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all post-sales communication with the customers
- Guide the customer through the sale deed, payment of stamp duty and coordinate for registration with the agent.
- Getting the KYC Documents and Sending Welcome mail once client Pays Token Cheque.
- Follow-up for stamp duty and registration
- Proper knowledge of Project APF file (documents required for project APF)
- Complete knowledge of bank loan process along with documents required (salaried as well as Self-employed)
- Knowledge of stamp duty calculation.
- Knowledge of ready reckoned rate.
- Sending the Demand Letters on Time and ensuring Timely collection of Due Amount.
- Providing Clients with Requisite Documents in Lieu of Loan Disbursement.
- Coordinating with the bank for disbursements.
- Dispatch of Receipts for Payments Made. GST, TDS Computation and Ensuring that the same is collected from the clients
- Coordinate with site personnel for flat hand over and ensure update of all records of the customers.
- Prepare collection MIS report for the management.
- Ensure high service levels and promptness in handling customer issues & complaints.
- After receipt of bank sanction letter/ stamp duty & Registration Fees.
- Sending draft agreement to client.
- Knowledge about draft agreement
- Should be familiar with legal language related to Draft & Agreement.
- Mailing required receipts to the client upon receipt of payment
- Generating demand letter and NOC for 1st disbursement
- Payment recovery from bank.
- Maintaining relationship with all booked clients
- Handling process from after booking to till possession.
